How Lawelty Works
Join directly through the website or use an agent invitation. In either case, you create your own account, review and accept the membership terms, choose or confirm a plan, and complete checkout.

Step 1
Create Your Account
Sign up directly on the Lawelty website using your preferred email and password, or continue with Google Sign-in. You may also begin through a link from a Lawelty agent. An agent invitation is not required to become a member; it is used to associate an eligible subscription with the referring agent for commission purposes under the agent's separate agreement.
Step 2
Complete Your Profile
Provide and review the customer information needed for your membership. If an agent prepared an invitation with your authorization, verify the information they entered and contact Lawelty if anything is incorrect. Creating an account or profile alone does not activate membership.
Step 3
Review and Accept the Agreement
Personally review and accept the Member Service Agreement. A direct customer then selects a plan from the website. A customer using an agent invitation also reviews the quoted Plan Schedule. Every customer can review the applicable price, benefits, limits, and exclusions before payment.
Step 4
Choose or Confirm a Plan and Pay
Choose a plan directly on the website or confirm the plan offered through an agent invitation, then complete recurring monthly payment through Stripe. Membership becomes active only after account and profile setup, agreement acceptance, and successful checkout are complete.

Drive With Confidence
If an eligible Ontario traffic matter arises after activation, submit a request. Lawelty assesses it against your Plan Schedule, coordinates an available independent licensed paralegal and pays the included paralegal professional fees. Provider acceptance, conflicts, limits and exclusions apply.
A Simple Membership Setup
The online steps are designed to make account creation, agreement review, and checkout straightforward. You can join directly without an invitation. If you use an agent invitation, the subscription may be attributed to that agent for commission purposes; direct memberships have no referring-agent commission. Account creation alone does not activate membership. Lawelty is not a law firm, paralegal firm or insurer. Legal services are independently provided by licensed paralegals after they accept an engagement.
