The following matters are outside the current scope of every Lawelty plan and require separate arrangements:
Criminal Code offences
Stunt driving charges, unless a Plan Schedule expressly includes limited support
Driving without insurance, including failure to produce proof of insurance where insurance does not in fact exist
Matters involving bodily injury or death
Civil liability or insurance claims
Federal or regulatory/compliance matters (CVOR, carrier safety, audits, logs, etc.)
Cargo, overweight, dangerous goods
AZ/DZ regulatory compliance outside POA Ontario
Paralegals provide permitted legal services within their licensed scope of practice. If a matter requires a lawyer or falls outside paralegal scope, lawyer services are not included unless expressly stated. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; plan limits, exclusions and the Member Service Agreement apply.
